Celia Lloyd Director Celia Lloyd has over 15 years’ events experience in the UK and overseas. Before setting up Intelligent Events in 2003, she spent seven years working for a scientific association where she was responsible for conferences in the UK, Europe and North America. Celia has extensive experience of managing budgets and preparing accounts, and her skill at negotiating contracts with venues and suppliers makes her a huge asset to any conference. She would lead the planning of your event from start to finish, and manage the financial aspects.

Ray Gibson Events Manager Ray Gibson is an experienced events manager, responsible for social programmes, and with a wide knowledge of venues suitable for gala dinners and receptions. She also handles delegate and speaker enquiries, and monitors registrations. Her calm approachability makes her an excellent contact for delegates.

Paula Mitchell Conference Executive Paula Mitchell, our conference executive, works with Ray to look after your delegates before and during your conference. If required, we can also provide additional support staff for on-site registration and information points at your event.
